We seek a quality and assessment leader who ensures that tools, data, ratings, and reports are accurate, complete, timely, comparable, auditable, and useful for improvement.


หน้าที่สำคัญ | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● จัดทำ Assessment Framework, Calendar, Rubrics, Evidence Rules, Data Dictionary และ Dashboard ของฝ่ายปฐมวัย
Maintain the assessment framework, calendar, rubrics, evidence rules, data dictionary, and dashboard.
● ตรวจคุณภาพเครื่องมือก่อนใช้ และกำกับ Coverage, Completeness, Timeliness, Error Rate และ Audit Trail
Validate tools before use and govern coverage, completeness, timeliness, error rate, and audit trail.
● จัด Moderation/Calibration ตรวจความสอดคล้องระหว่างผู้ประเมิน และสุ่มตรวจหลักฐานโดยไม่ปรับคะแนนเพื่อสร้างโค้ง
Lead moderation, calibration, inter-rater checks, and evidence audits without forced ranking.
● ตรวจนิยาม KPI, Numerator/Denominator, Target, Owner, Source, Frequency และ Guardrail ก่อนประกาศใช้
Validate KPI definitions, numerator/denominator, targets, owners, sources, frequency, and guardrails.
● ส่งประเด็นที่ต้องช่วยเหลือให้ Hub เจ้าของงาน พร้อมติดตาม Corrective Action และวงจร PDCA
Route support needs to the accountable Hub and track corrective action and PDCA.
● คุ้มครองข้อมูลตามสิทธิ์เข้าถึง การเก็บรักษา การส่งต่อ และ PDPA พร้อมยกระดับ Data Incident ทันที
Protect data through role-based access, retention, transfer, and PDPA controls, and escalate incidents immediately.

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านปฐมวัย การศึกษา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีคุณสมบัติวิชาชีพตามที่กฎหมายและโรงเรียนกำหนด (Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, with required professional qualifications.)
มีประสบการณ์ด้านประกันคุณภาพ การประเมิน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล หรือระบบการศึกษา (Relevant experience in quality assurance, assessment, educational data, or related systems.)
เข้าใจ Rubric, KPI, Data Quality, Evidence Validation และหลักการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ (Knowledge of rubrics, KPIs, data quality, evidence validation, and auditability.)
มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ ยึดมั่นในความเป็นธรรม และไม่บิดเบือนข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้ผลตามต้องการ (Strong attention to detail, fairness, and integrity without data manipulation.)
สามารถจัด Moderation/Calibration อบรมผู้ประเมิน และอธิบายข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนให้เข้าใจง่าย (Ability to lead calibration, train assessors, and explain complex data clearly.)
มีทักษะจัดระบบ ประสานงานหลายฝ่าย และติดตาม (Corrective Action ให้ปิดงานได้ Strong systems organisation, cross-team coordination, and corrective-action follow-through.)
เข้าใจการรักษาความลับ สิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูล และ PDPA (Sound understanding of confidentiality, access control, and PDPA.)
