Head of Child Well-Being & Development Hub (All Nationalities)

We seek a whole-child leader to govern safeguarding, health, safety, wellbeing, and care while leading an explicit curriculum for self-help, daily living, executive functions, and positive behaviour.

หน้าที่สำคัญ | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● จัดทำ Hub Curriculum Framework, Learning Progression, Term Scope & Sequence, Weekly Focus, Routine Standards และ Positive Discipline Guide
Maintain the Hub curriculum, progression, term scope and sequence, weekly focus, routine standards, and positive-discipline guide.
● กำกับสุขภาพ สุขอนามัย อาหาร ห้องน้ำ การพักผ่อน การรับส่ง ช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่าน การคุ้มครองเด็ก และแผนดูแลรายบุคคล
Govern health, hygiene, food, toileting, rest, arrival, dismissal, transitions, safeguarding, and individual support plans.
● อบรม นิเทศ และตรวจความสม่ำเสมอของการสอนผ่านวงจร TeachModelGuided PracticeIndependent UseObserve & Feedback
Train, coach, and audit staff fidelity through the explicit-teaching cycle.
● บริหาร Baseline, Ongoing Observation, Progress Review, Tier 13 Support และการส่งต่อผู้เชี่ยวชาญตามขอบเขตที่เหมาะสม
Manage baseline, ongoing observation, progress review, tiered support, and appropriate referral.
● บริหาร Incident, Near Miss, Risk Assessment, Root-Cause Review และ Corrective Action อย่างโปร่งใสและไม่ลงโทษการรายงาน
Govern incident, near-miss, risk, root-cause, and corrective-action systems without penalising transparent reporting.
● สั่งหยุดกิจกรรมที่มีความเสี่ยงเฉพาะหน้า และยกระดับเหตุ Safeguarding/Emergency ได้ทันที
Suspend imminent-risk activities and escalate safeguarding or emergency matters immediately.

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านปฐมวัย การศึกษา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีคุณสมบัติวิชาชีพตามที่กฎหมายและโรงเรียนกำหนด (Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, with required professional qualifications.)
มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านการศึกษาปฐมวัย พัฒนาการเด็ก สุขภาวะเด็ก หรือการสนับสนุนพฤติกรรมเชิงบวก (Relevant knowledge or experience in Early Years, child development, wellbeing, or positive behaviour support.)
เข้าใจ Self-Help, Daily Living Skills, Executive Functions, Social-Emotional Learning และ Positive Discipline (Knowledge of self-help, daily living, executive functions, social-emotional learning, and positive discipline.)
มีความรู้เรื่องความปลอดภัย การคุ้มครองเด็ก และการบริหารความเสี่ยง (Strong safeguarding, child-safety, and risk-management awareness.)
สามารถออกแบบระบบสอน ติดตามพัฒนาการ และจัดการช่วยเหลือหลายระดับได้ (Ability to design explicit-teaching, progress-monitoring, and tiered-support systems.)
มีทักษะการโค้ชบุคลากร การสื่อสารกับครอบครัว และการรักษาความลับ (Staff coaching, family communication, and confidentiality skills.)
ใจเย็น รอบคอบ กล้าตัดสินใจ และยึดประโยชน์สูงสุดของเด็กเป็นสำคัญ (Calm judgement, decisiveness, and a strong child-centred mindset.)
