Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Thai Studies Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Thai language, culture, and history to Thai students in Grades 7 and 8. This role requires a strong understanding of Thai educational standards, curriculum design, and assessment reporting. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning ● Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Thai language, culture, and history aligned with curriculum standards. ● Foster students’ critical thinking, language proficiency, and appreciation for Thai heritage through diverse instructional methods. ● Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs of students. Curriculum & Assessment ● Develop and refine the Thai Studies curriculum to ensure relevance and academic rigor. ● Design formative and summative assessments to measure student learning and progress. ● Prepare and submit assessment reports and student progress evaluations in a timely manner. Collaboration & Professional Development ● Work closely with the academic team to align Thai Studies with the school’s overall curriculum. ● Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. ● Provide input on school events and activities related to Thai language and culture.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

• ● Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Thai Language, Thai Studies, Education, or a related field.

• ● Teaching license from Kurusapa (temporary or permanent) preferred.

• ● Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in Thai language, culture, or history at the secondary level.

• ● Strong understanding of curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment methods.

• ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• ● Passion for education and fostering cultural appreciation in students.

• ● Experience in curriculum development and academic documentation.

• ● Familiarity with international school settings or bilingual education.

• ● Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons.
