Job Summary
Marketing Manager entails working directly with the Admissions and Marketing Director to support all school initiatives and market promotion through strong and relevant media, including digital presence (all social media vehicles and the school website). Strong liaison with all sections of the school community, external organisations, and businesses is a vital requirement. Contributing to the school's marketing strategy is expected to support the school's missions & vision, student recruitment and retention, and branding.

Duties and Responsibilities
* General
- Uphold and promote the school's values, mission and vision.
- Involved with the school's daily activities and events and will liaise with school staff to implement related events or projects.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all published content, aligning with brand identity and business objectives.
- Ensure that the impactful content and design represent the school.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to increase Brand Awareness, Engagement and Conversion.
- Led and conducted market research, data management, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.
- Manage and oversee all media assets, digital and written content, and the school's marketing media library.
- Implement the Advisory Board recommendations and provide information as required.
- Maximise brand awareness and engagement with potential partners, prospective families, and key stakeholders.
- Plan, manage and execute an annual school Yearbook.
- Provide school tours to prospective families.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Admissions and Marketing Director, the School Director and the Head of School.
- The position of Marketing Manager may require attendance at evening or weekend events. These additional hours will be compensated through overtime pay or time in lieu, depending on organisational policies and mutual agreement.
* Strategic/Planning
- Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to achieve business goals and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, as approved by the Admissions and Marketing Director, School Director and Head of School.
- Implement marketing campaigns that align with the schools values, market positioning, activities, and business objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of action plans to deliver marketing strategies effectively.
- Managed advertising campaigns, assessed media options, and led the placement of effective advertisements.
- Propose and manage approved marketing budgets, tracking campaign performance to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of the marketing strategy across the school.
* Market studies
- Conduct market research, feasibility and threat studies on the target audience to understand buyers perceptions and behaviours.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to develop a good understanding of the pipeline trends, customers journey, needs and values-proposition.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the international school market in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and the region, including marketing propositions, collateral, and student demographics.
- Conduct annual benchmarking of international school fees, facilities, student numbers, and other key performance metrics.
- Produce competitive landscape and target market reports.
* Marketing
- Access and analyse CRM tools across digital platforms to manage lead pipeline funnels and conversion tracking.
- Maintain and update the school website, focusing on content, plug-ins, and Google Ads to enhance visibility and qualify traffic.
- Collaborate with digital agencies to ensure SEO performance.
- Manage marketing activity on digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing strategy implementation and propose improvements to achieve student enrollment targets.
- Plan, manage and execute an annual programme of educational events, conferences, and exhibitions that position the school as a leader in high-performance learning.
- Collaborate with the Admissions to develop a student recruitment pipeline plan and campaign to meet annual recruitment goals.
- Develop sales tools and content to support the Admissions team in student recruitment and retention.
- Create and deliver engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and the region.
- Identify and leverage PR and media opportunities to promote the school.
* Communications
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all published content, aligning with brand identity and business objectives.
- Utilise diverse communication tools for effective engagement with target audiences.
- Develop and lead the school's media function, including crisis communication management.
- Plan and execute a content calendar featuring press releases, blog posts, social media updates, website content, email marketing, and other communication materials.
* Data management
- Manage and archive all marketing assets (for example, ad creatives, design, image, and video assets of the school)
- Manage and archive mailing lists of current, prospective, and alum families.
- Manage and archive the alum database.
- Manage and archive student and family consent for image and video usage aligned with the Personal Data
- Protection Act (PDPA) expectations.

Engage with fellow colleagues in Panyaden International School
Each individual must ensure that they respect, support and teach the Buddhist Principles of the school
Any other appropriate duties as allocated by the Admissions Director
All staff must attend the annual school-organised 5-day meditation retreat. In addition, all staff are required to attend Dhamma talks and teacher Q&A sessions as scheduled when our schools spiritual advisors visit Panyaden.
Responsibility for Reports/Documents/Confidentiality
- Prepare timely reports on marketing and communications activities, including statistics and narratives.
- Develop marketing research reports and strategic campaign plans.
- Ensure timely completion of all marketing activities.
- Implement Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines in all marketing activities.
Child Safeguarding
The job holder'sholder's responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom s/he is responsible or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Panyaden International School Safeguarding Policy, Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If, in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concern to the counsellor or indeed to the principals so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third party services.

• At least 10 years of experience in marketing roles, including team and project management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and asset management.

• Knowledgeable and skilled in design and its software.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
