Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities • Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements related to accounts payable transactions • Verify and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed • Maintain accurate records in the general ledger related to accounts payable transactions • Prepare withholding tax and VAT filing • Support external auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes and transactions ● Develop and maintain adequate internal controls and procedures related to accounts payable to ensure accuracy and compliance ● Perform any other tasks as assigned --------------- • เตรียมใบสำคัญจ่าย • ตรวจสอบเอกสาร • บันทึกรายการชำระเงิน • จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและรายงานภาษีอื่นๆ • ติดตามการหักบัญชีการจ่ายเงินสดล่วงหน้า • ช่วยงานพนักงานแคชเชียร์ เช่น จัดเตรียม,จำหน่าย หนังสือและยูนิฟอร์ม เงินเดือน 23,000 - 25,000 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
• - At least 1 years of proven experience in AP
 
• - Good command of English and able to communicate
 
• - Bachelor's Degree of related fields
 
• - Experience working in school will be highly considered
 
• - Availability and able to start work in April 2025
