Job Description: The therapist implements in-home and at-school treatment programs for CARE clients and their families using A.B.A. (Applied Behavior Analysis). CARE Therapist is an integral part of the therapy team, as their work directly influences client success and reports to the Supervisor (s) of the case(s). CARE provides extensive initial and ongoing training and support. The QCD and Supervisors will provide quality control and coaching sessions to ensure the highest quality service. • Represent CARE policy enthusiastically • Represent CARE professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders • Provide top-quality one on one therapy at home, school, and CARE Center settings under the direction of the clinical Supervisor • Set and meet performance goals for case and clinical quality, and billable time • Attend introductory and ongoing pieces of training • Maintain accurate and timely records, including timesheets and reports • Report to clinical Supervisor on client progress and provide treatment recommendations • Participate in the regular meetings • Minimize cancellations • Maintain minimum billable • Create and maintain all instructional media including stimuli and toys, and data purging • Participate in CARE’s project assignments. Requirement: Working based on schedules with a maximum of 35 hrs./week and must stand by/on call at all times between 8.30 - 18.30, from Monday to Saturday. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

• • Experience/interest in working with children

• • Bachelors degree or near completion of degree in related field preferred

• • Good command in English both written and speaking or TOEIC min. 500 or IELTS 5.0 or equivalent

• • Available to travel as per assignment

• • No past criminal history, must pass tuberculosis test

• • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
